As Chief of Staff at Epika, Matt Weems brings more than a decade of experience in management consulting, operations, and business development to the table. He plays a pivotal role in aligning teams, accelerating strategic initiatives, and helping the business scale with intention and clarity.
Before joining Epika, Matt worked at Bain & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 executives and top-tier private equity firms on growth strategy and performance improvement. His early career began at ExxonMobil’s Baytown Complex, where he managed 24/7 operations as a process engineer—instilling a mindset of accountability, safety, and operational excellence that still informs his work today.
Matt is known for his ability to connect the dots—leveraging data, cross-functional collaboration, and deep analytical insight to move ideas into action. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
