Juan Barrantes brings more than 30 years of sales and operations leadership to Epika Fleet Services, with a track record of turning market opportunities into long-term growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, he leads Epika’s national revenue strategy across all brands—driving sales performance, market expansion, and customer partnerships that go the distance.
Juan’s career began at 3M, where he developed a strong foundation in sales, client development, and operational execution. His time at AkzoNobel further sharpened his skills in team building, sales training, and launching new product lines across key U.S. territories—including the Northeast and Midwest.
In 2003, Juan entered the fleet services industry, joining Dickinson Fleet Services during its early expansion years. Over nearly two decades, he helped transform the company from a regional player into a national service provider. Juan led high-performing teams, built strong customer relationships, and played a pivotal role in preparing the company for acquisition—culminating in its successful sale to Cox Automotive.
Now at Epika, Juan continues to lead with vision, grit, and results. His strategic leadership has powered the growth of key brands—like Prestige Fleet Services—scaling operations from 30 to over 140 employees and expanding into major markets across the East Coast, Midwest, and West. With a focus on consistency, accountability, and delivering measurable value, Juan is building revenue strategies that are as sustainable as they are scalable.
He remains committed to creating meaningful opportunities for Epika’s people, delivering unmatched value to customers, and generating long-term returns for investors.
Behind the leadership team lies years of experience and strong motivation to keep our fleets and drivers safe and on the right track.
