As CIO of Epika, Marc Picardo brings nearly three decades of technology leadership experience driving digital transformation, IT strategy, and operational integration for multi-location, high-growth organizations. Marc oversees the IT department and leads the digital transformation and migration of acquired companies onto a common technology platform.
Before joining Epika, Marc held senior leadership roles including CIO and CTO at Townsend/Gunnison Companies, a $500 million organization with 3,200 employees, where he led the company’s migration to NetSuite, an effort that won a NetSuite Alliance Partner Spotlight Award, while standardizing IT operations and field service technology across the organization. Prior to Townsend/Gunnison Companies, he spent nearly two decades with Wise Business Forms as Director of IT, leading numerous system migrations and acquisitions and shaping the company’s overall IT strategy. He began his career at Accenture, helping organizations execute system implementations and build new technology products for customers.
Marc is known for translating complex technology initiatives into clear, actionable strategy, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and developing IT teams equipped to support the business through continuous change. His approach is grounded in proactive planning, disciplined execution, and a belief that technology should actively enable, not simply support, business objectives.
