As Chief Human Resources Officer at Epika, Jennifer Alfaro brings more than 20 years of leadership experience managing complex human capital teams for large, distributed/multi-site field work forces in the distribution, manufacturing & aerospace sectors. She plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and engaging talent to drive value creation, while positioning the business as the Employer of Choice in the fleet services industry.
Before joining Epika, Jennifer served as Chief Human Resources Officer for KIK Consumer Products, MORSCO and LMI Aerospace. She also held senior level positions at KLX Aerospace and Dean Foods.
Jennifer is known for her strong business and financial acumen complimented with strategic skills to leverage talent across the business to deliver results. She holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a postgraduate in Human Resources.
