Joe Dougherty joined Epika in 2022, bringing with him over 25 years of leadership experience across the transportation and energy sectors. A hands-on executive with a track record of scaling operations and building high-performing teams, Joe’s background spans both industrial services and fleet maintenance at a national level.
Before stepping into his role at Epika, Joe served as CEO of Penn Power Group and held key leadership positions at global companies like CAT and GE, including national operations roles and global P&L responsibilities. He also served as COO of a large fleet maintenance provider, where he helped lead growth strategies rooted in operational excellence and customer value.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan. At Epika, he’s focused on unlocking growth for every brand in our network—through innovation, accountability, and a technician-first mindset that drives everything we do.
