Ian McKeen, CEO of Epika

As CEO of Epika, Ian McKeen brings more than three decades of multi-functional experience leading large, field-based service organizations and building field technician-centered cultures that deliver consistent, measurable results for all stakeholders. He plays a central role in shaping Epika’s long-term vision, strengthening operational and sales execution, and guiding the business into its next phase of growth.

Before joining Epika, Ian served as CEO and Vice Chairman of North American Essential Home Services, where he led ~3,000 team members across 55 locations and helped scale the company to more than $500 million in revenue through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Prior to North American Essential Home Services, Ian spent 21 years with Service Experts, a $750 million residential and commercial HVAC business, in senior leadership roles, including President and COO, leading multiple private-equity transitions, giving him a deep understanding of how to lead organizations through growth, integration, and operational change.

Ian is known for creating clarity in complex environments, developing strong operational leaders, and aligning teams around consistent, high-quality service. His leadership style is grounded in pragmatism, accountability, and a belief that exceptional performance always begins with supporting the people who do the work. At Epika, Ian is focused on elevating the technician experience, building scalable systems, and ensuring we continue to deliver on our promise to get everything going right—for our customers, our teams, and our growing national footprint.
